SILENT WALKS,
Early 2026

Walking is a gentle form of exercise and can also be done as a meditative practice. Walking regularly helps us get out of our usual spaces, activates the body, and creates a rhythm in everyday life. Doing this together adds a social dimension.

These walks are designed especially for people who may not feel ready for conversation or small talk. By keeping the walks silent, we want to explore forms of being social beyond language. We will meet, walk together in silence, then separate again and continue with our days. No talking is required, and nothing needs to be shared.

The silent walks will begin in early 2026. To receive information about start dates, locations, and practical details, we recommend signing up for our newsletter. Updates will also be shared on

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

HAVE A PROPER THOUGHT - SILENT RETREAT
Summer 2026

This retreat will offer a rare invitation to step out of the constant stream of words and into spacious summer silence. Over a sunny week in a cozy countryside house in Spain, participants will share a simple rhythm of togetherness, meals, rest, and gentle time outdoors without speaking to one another.

The intention is to create room for clarity, reflection, and a slower pace of being, but also connection and being together. If this idea speaks to you, sign up for the newsletter to be the first to hear updates as plans develop.

I CAN SLEEP CLEARLY NOW,

In this workshop we will share information about circadian rhythms and sleep hygiene. We will help you put this information into practice in your daily life to improve the quantity and quality of your sleep.

In this workshop we will talk about emotions. We will explore their functions and what to do when they seem to be out of control because they occur at inopportune moments, because they occur in a very intense way or because they do not occur when we would expect them.

ADVENT CALENDAR WORKSHOP,

In this workshop we created a personal origami Advent calendar filled not with chocolate or trinkets, but with daily prompts designed to cultivate reflection, gratitude, and presence throughout December, all of them drawing on evidence-based practices from psychology including mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques.

If you missed the workshop, you can still enjoy the advent calendar by taking a look at our instagram, where we are opening the envelopes one by one and giving some context to each prompt every day.

DE-STRESS were our first free psychoeducation workshops where we learned together why sometimes your children's screams are particularly annoying, red traffic lights particularly infinite, and you just ate a whole bar of chocolate on your own. Attendance to the workshops was free of charge and open for anyone interested.
