Counselling sessions are a space to step outside your daily noise and really hear yourself. We will listen without judgement and help you explore what’s weighing you down, untangle difficult emotions, decipher how to get yourself to do what you would like and begin to see your situation more clearly. Psychotherapy, on the other hand, is focused on providing help for people who struggle with mental health and are facing conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or eating disorders. Psychotherapy is is covered by health insurance when there’s a diagnosed condition.
