WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

Data you provide directly. When you sign up for our newsletter, for a course or for a session, you provide us with your e-mail address and optionally also your name and phone number.

Outside the context of counselling and psychotherapy sessions, these are the only data we collect about you.These are the data that this policy refers to. During a consultation, you share information about the situation that brought you to seek sessions with us. We do not record this information. Within the context of counselling or psychotherapy sessions we will record details of your case. We (you and us) will agree on the specifics of recording and handling these data officially during the first assessment session.

Data generated automatically. This website is built and hosted using Wix.com, which provides the online platform that allows us to offer our services. As a result, Wix.com acts as a data controller when it comes to certain technical or log data, such as IP addresses, device information, and system logs. You can read more about what data we have control over and what data we don't have control over on this page. In this site we only use the essential cookies required by Wix.com. In order to make session bookings we use the open tool TERMINO. You can read about their privacy policy here (in German).

HOW DO WE USE THESE DATA?

We use the data you provide us with to communicate important information about the activity you signed up for (such as location, time, or preparatory steps) and, with your consent, we also use these data to send you updates about upcoming activities and opportunities provided by us. You can always chose to unsubscribe from our newsletter if you do not wish to receive information about upcoming activities. You can also request that your data is erased from the psychotherapy waiting list at any time.

If you wish to stop receiving our newsletter or to be taken out of the psychotherapy waiting list, you can send us an email with your request to hello@enterthewalk.com and we will see to it.
